Growing up, she saw her dad hustle and grow his small business in order to provide for their family. From the early days where she assisted in fostering deep, genuine relationships with clients (aka having cookies and milk with them explaining how her dad was the “Bestest in the Business”) to creating and editing excels to track inventory and sales, she knew growing a business was her calling.
⁣Thus stirring her interest, cultivated into a passion: growing small businesses. 

 

Seeing the development of her dad’s company firsthand, and seeing the importance small businesses had on their families and communities, was enough to stir up the passion in her heart, that later led her to opening Level Up Consulting.

In Erica's career, as a Director of Operations and Marketing Director, she had the opportunity to grow a business from the ground up, largely attributing its major success to its dynamic and evolving marketing strategy, that she solely created and executed. Through social media management and marketing (paid advertisements, creating original content, and engaging posts on various social media platforms), direct mail marketing, and reputation management (responding to reviews, gathering genuine 5 star reviews, and creating and maintaining a positive reputation) she was able to take a business from start up to revenues, in the first year, in excess of $1.2 million dollars! Talk about a passion!
